This course, in English, is designed to have you discover the main French philosophical movements through exploring its main authors and concepts. From the 17th century of Descartes and Pascal, through the movement des Lumières, to the existentialism of Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir or Albert Camus, this course will help you understand how French Philosophy evolved with centuries.
The teacher Emmanuel Lambert is a certified Philosophy teacher!

5 classes of 1.5 hours | 7.5 hours | on Wednesday night, from 5.30pm to 7.00pm
ONSITE at the Alliance Francaise 1519 Jackson Avenue

No previous French background necessary, no previous philosophy exposure required.
