*Note: A negative PCR COVID test is required within 72 hours of your exam time.*
The DELF and DALF are official certifications awarded by the French Ministry of Education certifying level of fluency in French. Useful for school records and college and job applications in French-speaking countries.
The DELF Junior is a specially adapted version of the DELF diplomas for youth age 12-18. The DELF junior version has the same basic structure as the standard DELF. Only the topics are different: the materials take into account the interests of young people.
The DELF (Diplôme d'Études en Langue Française) are official diplomas awarded by the French Ministry of Education to certify foreign candidates’ proficiency in French.
There are no entry requirements for any of the exams; candidates can take the examination at the level of their choosing.
The exams are divided into two parts: (1) listening comprehension, written production and reading comprehension, in a written exam, (2) speaking and oral interaction are tested in a one-on-one exam, scheduled separately from the written exam, generally after 4pm or on another day.
This level recognises basic knowledge. It is the most basic level at which a language is used, called the "discovery" stage. At
this stage, the learner can interact in a simple way: he/she can speak about him/herself and his/her immediate environment.
