Bonjour à tous ! Je suis Clara, française et bientôt volontaire à l'alliance française de la Nouvelle-Orléans. Je recherche un logement pour tout le mois d'août qui peut être une colocation ou un studio pour un loyer d'environ 600 à 700 dollars par mois idéalement, merci d'avance !

host family for French interns

for 9 weeks, 1 semester, or entire stay

Lycée Français school is looking for host families for 3 French interns! They are coming to bring their language and culture to life, engage and motivate students, and leave them with new confidence in their ability to communicate across borders.

The Interns have varied educational backgrounds, and will be assisting at Lycée playing a flexible role in the classrooms. Interns participate in a wide variety of activities such as assisting the teachers with lessons, group work, and developing materials for student instruction.

As part of their experience, Interns live with a local host family. We are currently seeking host families to support this program!

Families must host for a minimum of 9 weeks, one semester, or for the entire stay. One semester minimum is preferred.

-Intern must have their own bedroom.

-Host will provide 3 meals daily.

-Internet access is highly desirable because the Intern may do a lot of communication with family and friends via Skype.

-Transportation to and from Lycée Français school; interns may ride public transportation too.
