Les Coucoureurs are back for 2026! Join us for our first run of the season on Halloween Day !

Back in 2021, the Alliance Française embarked on an exciting journey by introducing "Les Coucoureurs," our very own running club. The name "Les Coucoureurs" is a playful combination of "coucou," the French word for "road runner," and "coureur."

Get Ready to Run: Join us, AFNO members, students, and staff, for our  bi-monthly running group! Lace up your running shoes and mark your calendar!

All Fitness Levels Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, "Les Coucoureurs" welcomes everyone! You don't need to speak French to participate, but who knows, you might pick up a few French phrases along the way.

🗓️  Date: Saturday mornings biweekly  *holidays exceptions * Next date : October 31st 
⏰ Time: 9:00 am
 📍   Location: 1519 Jackson Avenue, in the Alliance backyard
  Warm-up: Before we start running, we kick things off with a warm-up in French — allez, on s'échauffe ! 

The Fun Doesn't End at the Finish Line: After the run, stick around to unwind and socialize with fellow runners. Join us for a refreshing drink in the backyard, celebrating the joy of running and the camaraderie of our running community.
