Documentary Premiere with Q&A

Join us for the premiere of "Destination Francophonie en Louisiane" in collaboration with TV5Monde and Télé-Louisiane on April 30th.

• 6:00pm - Doors open
• 6:30pm - Introduction with Ivan Kabacoff (TV5Monde), Patrice Courtaban (TV5Monde), Rodolphe Sambou (Consulate General of France in New Orleans) and Emilie Georget (Alliance Francaise)
• 6.40pm - Discussion with Will McGrew (Télé-Louisiane) & guests
• 7:00pm - Screening begins
• 8:00pm - Q&A

The doors will open at 6:00 pm; light bites and drinks will be available. At 6:30 pm, we'll have a brief introduction featuring a video by Ivan Kabacoff, followed by remarks from representatives of the French consulate in New Orleans and a special 40th anniversary video from TV5Monde.

Following the introductions, there will be a bilingual panel discussion hosted by Will McGrew, featuring other participants. The panel will delve into various aspects of Francophonie in Louisiana.

At 7:00 pm, we will screen the Louisiana special episode of "Destination Francophonie," subtitled in English for accessibility. This will be followed by a Q&A session at 8:00 pm, providing attendees with the opportunity to engage with the content and speakers. The event will conclude at 8:30 pm.

Destination Francophonie (series)
